LVM30A..

The Lovato Electric level control relay for conductive liquids, which provides the tank emptying or filling control, by rotating the MODE selector, by means of MIN and MAX (or only one) level electrodes. With the “Sensitivity” potentiometer, the adjustment of the relay sensitivity, between 2.5 and 50kΩ, is obtained.
Using the “Delay” potentiometer, one of the two time delays can be obtained:
PROBE delay: Mainly suitable for two-electrode operation to exclude the wave effect caused by liquid motion.
START delay: Consents to delay the relay energising when the liquid level has reached the pump-starting threshold.
The combination of LVM30A.. with the 11SN1 electrodes is a good solution for controlling of the swimming pools water level but you can use the VH3 and VH4 Carlo Gavazzi probes for more delicacy and durability (VH3 and VH4 are the ideal solution for high resistive in chlorine and sanitary).
You can use the LVM30A level control relay for for pump protection again dry running, but If you cannot use cables between your panel and the minimum level of the water, you can control the probability of “dry running” with DW01CM or PMA50 level controllers that not required any cable between control panel and minimum level of water (look the DW01CM or PMA50)
