LV FSΝ1 B..

The dirty waters float switches LV FSΝ1 B.. are used in level control of liquids where there are solid materials in suspension, for example sewage or waste water from industrial activities. This float switch is used in the automation of electrical equipment dedicated to the management of hydraulic systems. The switching of the internal contact is generated by the overturning of the float switch when it is completely submerged by the liquid. The overturning is warranted because, in the cable entrance area, a counterweight is inserted; this allows a decentralization of the centre of gravity and then the overturning of the float switch. Thanks to this characteristic the float switch can also be switched in the presence of solid materials in suspension on the surface of the liquid.
The cable of this float switch is available only in neoprene with lengths from 5 to 20 m.
The float switch for dirty waters is composed by an external body made by blow-moulded polypropylene and an internal sealed chamber where the contact is placed. The space between inner chamber and outer body is filled with closed-cell foam material (Patented system). It is equipped with an internal fixed counterweight placed in the cable outlet area.
