The Role

The Product & Solutions Specialist will have an active role in the technical support and implementation of industrial automation solutions, with an emphasis on PLC-based systems.

The role combines pre-sales and after-sales technical support, as well as participation in selected automation projects involving PLC / HMI programming and SCADA.

Additionally, close technical collaboration with clients and the sales department is expected, as part of the implementation and support of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sales technical support for PLC & Automation solutions (application analysis, technical specifications, etc.)
• After-sales technical support and troubleshooting
• PLC programming and Commissioning on selected projects
• Collaboration with the sales department as a technical solutions consultant
• Creation of technical documentation and training materials
• Communication with international suppliers and manufacturers

Required Qualifications

• Educational Institute or equivalent)
• Practical knowledge of PLC / HMI programming and industrial automation solutions design
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Comfortable with technical communication with clients
• Good knowledge of English

Desired Qualifications

• Commissioning experience in industrial & energy projects
• Knowledge of Industrial networks & SCADA
• Programming in a CODESYS environment, familiarity with WAGO automation products / solutions
• Knowledge of project design or experience with technical specifications
• Ability to assume increased technical responsibility in automation applications and projects
